As employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) is widely implemented in Chinese enterprises, the incentive mechanism of ESOP needs to be discussed insightfully The relationship model among ESOP, psychological ownership and employee performance is built, focusing on the impacts of the three dimensions of ESOP, namely the equity rights, information rights, and control rights on employee performance and the role of psychological ownership in this process The empirical research results showed that: for all types of employees, equity rights and information rights had a significantly positive impact on employee performance, and psychological ownership played a full mediating role in both effects However, the impact of control rights on employee performance was not obvious After analyzing the reasons, based on the employee classification, the impact of control rights on the performance of core employees was studied, finding that control rights significantly affected the performance of such employees, and psychological ownership also played a full mediating role in this process The conclusions were conducive to enriching the empirical research of the impacts of ESOP, and provided important inspiration for domestic enterprises to implement ESOP

Enterprise innovation is the core driving force of economic development Taking enterprises as the research object and building an endogenous economic growth model which includes intermediate products, the mechanism of financial screening's impact on enterprise innovative behavior is theoretically analyzed At the same time, the panel data of Shenzhen and Shanghai A-share listed companies from the year 2012 to 2016 is taken as a sample to conduct an empirical test by instrumental variable method The research draws the following conclusions: financial screening has a stimulating effect on enterprise innovative behavior, and the effect is greater when enterprises have stronger innovative ability; in the current innovation environment, there is a weak coupling among financial screening, innovative capacity of enterprises and fiscal policy, and their utility of collaborative incentives for corporate innovation is limited

The importance of psychological capital to entrepreneurial intention is increasingly prominent In order to analyze their relationship, a compiled questionnaire based on the existing entrepreneurial psychological capital and entrepreneurial intention scale was used to collect data from college students Then, the data was analyzed by empirical analysis, including reliability and validity test, correlation analysis and regression analysis The results show that seven dimensions of psychological capital have positively predictive effect on entrepreneurial intention, and the most significant predictive effects are acuity and excellence, social wisdom, and self-efficiency This study provides suggestions for college's startup education and guides students to improve their entrepreneurial intention from the perspective of psychological capital
