 Focusing on consumers’ intention to search for substitute goods, a conceptual model is firstly developed in which online review valence and brand trust are taken as independent variables and product involvement as the moderating variable, and then corresponding hypotheses are proposed Finally, the model and the hypotheses are tested and revised by questionnaire data This study aims to provide reliable references for merchants and e-commerce platforms to optimize their marketing and recommending strategies The results show that customers tend to search for same brand substitutes rather than different brand substitutes when there are positive comments and high brand trust, and the situation is opposite when negative comments and low brand trust appear Besides, product involvement adjusts the relationships among negative comments, high brand trust, low brand trust and consumers’ substitutes searching intention However, it doesn’t work for the relationship between positive comments and the consumers’ substitutes searching intention

In order to re-test the resource curse from the perspective of high-quality economic development, DEA-Malmquisit index method is used to measure the green economic growth of 285 prefecture-level cities in China from 2004 to 2016, and then spatial Durbin model is used to re-test the resource curse phenomena from different dimensions such as totality, time and region The results show that: (1) China’s green economic growth has significant spatial correlation, showing significantly positive spillovers at the level of prefecture-level cities and eastern regions, and significantly negative spillovers in the central and western regions (2) Considering the spatial correlation, the degree of resource agglomeration and green economic growth show a significantly inverted U-shaped relationship at the level of prefecture-level cities and central and western regions (3) The negative impact of resource agglomeration on green economic growth is greater than that on economic growth (4) The transmission mechanism of resource curse proves that resource agglomeration will have a negative impact on green economic growth by crowding-out effect of industrial structure, innovation, human capital and openness to the outside world Based on the analysis of conclusions of the empirical research, countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve green economic growth in resource-based areas are put forward

The spillover effect of local fiscal policy is reflected in the fact that the scale of fiscal revenue and expenditure of a local government will be affected by the scale of fiscal revenue and expenditure of surrounding areas Based on the in-depth analysis of the formation mechanism of local fiscal spillover effect and the district/county level panel data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH) region from 2008 to 2015, the spillover effect of fiscal policy of district/county governments in BTH region are empirically analyzed by using the dynamic spatial panel (DSP) model and the global Moran’s I index It is found that: 1) The fiscal expenditures of districts/counties in BTH region face the positive “spillover effect” of fiscal expenditure of the surrounding districts/counties If the surrounding districts/counties expand the scale of fiscal expenditures, the local government will increase its fiscal expenditures as response in order to avoid disadvantages in the “promotional championship” 2) Local fiscal expenditure needs to be supported by fiscal revenue The horizontal competition around the fiscal expenditures of the BTH district/county governments will be transmitted to the fiscal revenue decision-making of districts/counties in the region The fiscal revenues of districts/counties in BTH region face the positive “spillover effect” from the surrounding districts/counties

In order to examine the impact of China’s technological innovation input on the growth of TFP (Total Factor Productivity) in high-tech industries, based on the Chinese provincial-level panel data from 1999 to 2014, the methods of DEA and Malmquist index are used to measure the TFP and its decomposition of high-tech industry Also the influence of different technological innovation input on TFP and its decomposition are empirically tested through using an improved C-D model, with measuring technological innovation input from R&D input and non-R&D input The results show that R&D input and technical renovation input improve TFP of high-tech industry by promoting technical efficiency and extending technological frontier respectively Assimilation of technological input plays a role in supporting TFP improvement by promoting technical efficiency And there is a negative correlation between acquisition of domestic & foreign technological input and TFP improvement
