 Short-video platforms are new media with rapid development. E-retailing short video plays an essential role in economic recovery after the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic in early 2020. However, present research related to the creation and operation of the e-retailing short video is mainly based on qualitative description, and lacks empirical studies based on quantitative methods. The integration of text mining in computer science and content analysis in communication study can enrich new media studies’ methodology. Taking e-retailing short video as research subject extends the space of media affordance theory in the Chinese context. Comparing video text and comment text by two leading short video anchors can provide reference for other we-media operations.

In the era of “context +”, led by emerging technologies, the Internet of things, big data, cloud technology, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality are drastically changing the model of social relations, forms of personal cognitive logic and the way of individual communication, promoting mobile media industry to change to user-centered value reconstruction. With the further development of the global Internet, the digital, intelligent, and portable tendencies bring new opportunities and challenges to the research and development of media communication. Standing on the new perspective of the development of mobile application, and based on actual situation, media-technology interaction and communication-rules reconstruction are researched with “context +” mobile communication mode. Moreover, mobile application development, user experience elevation, communication-rules reconstruction are detailly analyzed and explored, which will make contribution to further research on media context and media user.

  As a complex nonlinear system, stock market is affected by many kinds of information sources, and its trend adjustment does not follow the uniform time process. According to the characteristics of the stock market, and combined with the characteristics of LSTM (long short term memory) neural network fitting complex time series data, a multi-feature stock trend prediction model based on LSTM is proposed by using information from different levels of sources such as news platform, social platform, historical data, etc.. Firstly, empirical mode decomposition (EMD) is used to denoise the basic stock data to obtain the law of stock price change; secondly, the financial text data is pushed to the improved LSTM network model with attention mechanism and automatic encoder for training and testing, so as to reflect the investors’ psychology; then, the combined prediction of stock trend is carried out by LSTM neural network. The results show that the time series financial text feature can effectively improve the prediction performance of the model.

 Based on the panel data from the year of 2013 to 2018 of 30 provinces (autonomous regions, and municipalities) in China, the Moran index and spatial econometric model are introduced to analyze spatial agglomeration and economic growth effect caused by the development of fintech. The results show that the development of fintech in China shows spatial correlation, and it has a positive effect on economic growth, that is, the every 1% increase in the level of fintech development will make the level of economic development increase by 0.196%. The tertiary industry is the main way for fintech to promote economic growth. Finally, suggestions are made on the relationship between fintech development and economic growth.

 Based on the characteristics of decentralization, distributed ledger, intelligent contract, data non-tamperability and consensus mechanism of blockchain technology, the application feasibility of blockchain technology to the moral hazard management of P2P online lending platform is demonstrated by using the game theory, and moral hazard governance mechanism of the platform based on blockchain technology is formulated, including blockchain-based infrastructure design of the platform, establishment of “four-in-one” social constraint mechanism with the alliance chain as the underlying network, construction of online lending blacklist sharing platform, and digital identity authentication and record-making mechanism. Finally, suggestions on moral hazard governance of P2P online lending platform based on blockchain technology are put forward.

Based on the panel data of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) from the year of 2000 to 2017, the influence of human capital stock on China’s economic growth is tested through fixed effects. Studies have shown that education duration of employees has been increasing, but the differences among regions are obvious; the regression analysis results by provinces show that human capital stock only promotes the economic growth of 16 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), but its role in other regions has not been fully played; in addition, human capital stock has had a significantly positive impact on economic growth of the eastern and central regions, but the impact on the economic growth of the western region is not obvious. The main reason is that human capital stock in the western region is small and this means that when human capital stock has accumulated to a certain level, it can effectively promote economic growth.

 The backgrounds, concepts, research status and methods of product service system (PSS) and service design (SD) are analyzed. PSS methods are presented according to three points including design thinking, system integration and system elements; SD methods are also revealed by three points including human-centered methods, user-experience and co-creation. The research shows that the differences between PSS and SD lie in concept, essence, purpose, stakeholder and value, etc. As an innovative business strategy, PSS gives integrated functions, optimizes system process and enhances enterprises’ competitiveness; SD is a human-centered integrated design method, which emphasizes interactive behavior and co-creation among stakeholders, and brings customers continuous service experience and value. Furthermore, PSS and SD can also learn from each other. That’s to say, taking user experience into consideration of PSS can help meet users’ requirement better while SD can learn the development method from PSS and implement its concept.

In order to explore the research status of AI ethics abroad, by using CiteSpace, the English literature on AI ethics in the core database of Web of Science is studied. First, the knowledge structure including knowledge base and research frontier is introduced with the analysis of co-citation network cluster. Second, the major disciplines for the study of AI ethics is summarized with the analysis of disciplinary co-occurrence. Then, the key words are integrated into information-model which provides a comprehensive overview on AI ethics from four aspects: information, technology, human and society. Finally, research topics in different aspects and different disciplines are discussed, so as to inspire interdisciplinary research and cooperation in relative fields.

 In order to better understand the current status of COVID-19 research and global cooperation, based on Web of Science database, social network analysis and bibliometrics methods are used to make visual analysis of co-citation of journals, cooperation networks of countries and institutions, and co-occurrence networks of research hotspots, etc. and further to explore the current status and characteristics of related research. The results show that Chinese institutions produced much literature, but after analyzing the nature of nodes from the perspective of the network, it is found that the United Kingdom or some other European countries, and the institutions/schools in the United States have a higher degree of closeness centrality or betweenness centrality in the network. In addition, besides being a hot spot in the medical field, research on COVID-19 has spread to other disciplines such as neurology and occupational health. This study can help scientific researchers and policy makers to objectively grasp the development trend of the epidemic situation and to carry out cooperative research. It will provide reference for countries to explore global cooperation in the field of public health and to improve the response to major epidemics and public health governance plans.



Signaling Game Model of Assistance in Rural Revitalization

 With the deepening of reform, the establishment of the rural development funding projects to promote agricultural development and protect farmers’ income is an effective way to solve the “issues relating to agriculture, rural areas and farmers”. Considering the adverse selection caused by information asymmetry in rural development funding, which leads to the low efficiency of the use of state funding and unreasonable allocation of resources, a signaling game model between application organizations and supporting organizations is established, and the relevant factors affecting the balanced selection mechanism of both parties are analyzed. It is found that “mixed equilibrium” and “separate equilibrium” appear in the game between applicants and the sponsors, and the equilibrium is influenced by the disguised cost and potential income of applicants. Therefore, an empirical study on the funding situation has been carried out, suggestions on increasing applicants’ disguised cost and potential income  are put forward, which can effectively reduce the false judgment rate of sponsors, guarantee the implementation of differentiated funding, improve the development enthusiasm of applicants, and guarantee the maximization of the funding efficiency and the rational resource allocation.

Through the analysis of the key quality links in the implementation process of Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Project, a quality evaluation index system consisting of directors, students, instructors and review mentors is proposed, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to calculate the relative weights of each evaluation index. At present, this index system is on trial in an university with engineering and science as its main focus to evaluate the quality of projects. The data obtained verify the effectiveness of the system. The research can provide reference for colleges and universities to carry out quantitative quality evaluation of Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training projects.

 Evaluation is the analysis of performance and strategy effectiveness, and it is an important dimension of metacognition. Evaluation can promote learners to implement self-regulation to adapt to the autonomous learning process. Learning analytics is used to establish the relationship between learning behaviors and evaluation ability, in order to explore the feasibility of using behavioral data to predict the development of evaluation ability. This study took students in the professional introduction course of School of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as the research object, used evaluation scale to assess the evaluation level of the students to analyze their evaluation ability’s changes, and constructed learning behavioral indicators based on the course learning process. After selecting learning behaviors and processing and analyzing prediction models, the results show that the four types of learning behaviors: resource utilization, self-checking, review and task completion quality can predict the changes of evaluation ability, and demonstrate the feasibility of predicting the development of metacognitive evaluation ability based on online learning behavioral data. This study provides reference for teachers to train students’ evaluation ability and improve their autonomous learning ability.
