Abstract: The paper deals with the problems in establishing E Business merchandise delivering networks and gateways by using Post Networks, proposes a new concept of merchandise delivering networks by using Post Networks. The authors believe that based on the Post Data Communication Networks, the merchandise delivering network will become a new service and point of profit gaining for the post departments.
