摘要： 本文就 1999年内我国经济工作者对扩大内需问题的研究做了一番综述 ,从消费需求不振、投资需求不振及体制方面存在的障碍等方面入手综合分析了导致内需不足的成因并总结了学者们提出的政策建议和相关对策

Abstract: This paper deals primarily with the problems concerning the expansion of domestic demands. At first it introduces the main factors that cause the deficiencies of consumer demands and investing demands. Then it provides the correspondent policies that will be of great help to government decision making about how to expand the consumer and investing expenditures.
