摘要： 本文应用主成分分析方法对我国上市公司的投资价值进行了多因素分析评价，并以1997年度水泥行业上市公司喂实例，介绍了分析、评价过程。

Abstract: In this article, the authors adopt the main composition analytic means to analyse and evaluate the investment value of listed companies, and with the listed cement conpanines in 1997 as example, introduce the process of analysis and evaluation.
