摘要： 本文以美国《格拉斯 -斯蒂格尔法案》的兴废为线索 ,简要介绍了 2 0世纪美国金融业由分离制向综合制转变的历史进程及相关的金融立法的背景 ,同时说明了对我国金融体制改革的借鉴意义。

Abstract: This article, taking 《Glass Steagall Act》as a clue, chiefly introduces the transformation of the American financial system from the separate banking system to the universal banking system in the 20th century and the relevant background of the financial legislation The last part expounds the enlightenment to the reform of the Chinese financial system
