Abstract: For the sustainable development of universities a nd ensuring the improvement on education quality and management level,it is unav oidable to reform or improve the distribution system for teachers.This article,w ith the typical case as example,discusses one distribution model based on classi fied quantify-integral,which can integrate several types of tasks into one quan tified post,such as teaching,researching and management.
