摘要/Abstract

摘要： 要全面推进素质教育 ,大学教师自身是最重要的因素之一。因此 ,大学教师要转变传统的学生观 ,切实确立学生的主体地位 ,加强有关教育理论的学习 ,以开阔视野迎接素质教育的挑战。另外 ,还应从明确学生培养目标、重视人才质量、增强内在责任感、追求高尚的思想境界和提高超越世俗的判断能力等方面加强自身修养 ,做一名真正懂教育、高水平的教师。
