事业单位传统激励模式及其转型方向的探讨

摘要: 事业单位存在两种激励模式 ,一种是态度 -努力自觉型激励 ,另一种是努力 -酬赏对应型激励。我国事业单位的激励模式正在从前者向后者转型。本文对这两种激励模式的利弊进行了分析。如果设计不当 ,新的激励模式很可能引发新的问题。对此 ,文中提出了基于理论的建议。

Abstract: There are two kinds of models of encouragement in institutions.One is consciousness effort model and the other is effort reward model.The conversion from the former to the latter is occurring in our institutions.This article discusses advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of models.If the design of the model is unsuitable,the new model can cause new problems.Some suggestion to solve these problems based on theory have put forward.
