摘要/Abstract

摘要： 人才是科学技术进步和经济社会发展最重要的资源。人才流动作为人力资源管理的重要环节 ,对于高等学校人力资源的开发利用 ,减少人才的积压和浪费 ,充分发挥人才的积极性和创造性 ,起着十分重要的作用。本文就高等学校人才流动的现状以及如何实现人才合理流动进行了探讨

Abstract: Talented people is a great asset in the advancement of science and technology,and in the development of social economy.The mobility of talented people,as an important part in human resources management,plays a very important role in the effective utility of human resources,in preventing the waste of man power,in bringing into full play of men s creativity and initiative.This paper discusses the present situation of the mobility of university talents and explores the ways and measures of such mobility.
