摘要： 文章简述了21世纪无形资产的重要地位;指出了无形资产的定义及高校无形资产管理的内容;分析了高校无形资产流失的原因及加强管理的措施。

Abstract: The paper describes briefly the important position of the intangible assets in 21 century; points out the definition of the intangible assets and the contents of the intangible assets management; analyzes the causes of the loss of the intangible assets and the way to strengthen the assets management.
