摘要： 本文叙述了目前人力资源管理的主要内容和学术界、企业界普遍关注的问题,对近3年来的人力资源管理研究进行述评,认为目前人力资源管理研究的热点集中在人力资源管理理论、激励、工资制度与改革、人才测评技术与人才素质研究、人力资源开发、人事制度改革等六个方面。
关键词: 人力资源管理, 激励, 人才, 测评, 人事制度改革
Abstract: The article introduces and evaluates the studies of human resource management in the past years. The article sums up the following six main topics in the study of HRM: the theories of HRM, incentive, reform of wage’ s regulation, the technology of test and evaluation and the training of personnel, and the reform of personnel system.
