摘要/Abstract

摘要： 电子商务下供应链动态联盟绩效评估与传统的企业组织形式相比具有其新颖的特征。本文首先分析了传统的绩效管理体系在供应链绩效评价中暴露的缺陷,讨论了电子商务环境下供应链合作联盟绩效评价体系的依据和特点,最后给出了一种供应链合作联盟绩效评价指标方案。

Abstract: Compared to traditional organization forms, supply chain alliance s performance evaluation has its characteristics in the e-commerce age. The authors analyze the shortcomings of the traditional performance evaluation scheme in the supply chain alliance performance evaluation,discuss its characteristics based on e-commerce and analyze the alliance s performance principles of the index system. At last, the authors suggest a new set of performance evaluation index system
