摘要: 本文通过对人事代理制度的内涵、特点以及高校内外部环境分析,揭示人事代理在我国当前计划经济向市场经济转型期间,对高校人事管理制度创新的深刻意义。

Abstract: In this paper,the connotations and the characteristics of personnel agency are explored,and the environments inside and outside Chinese universities are analyzed.Based on these researches,the author concludes that personnel agency has a deep meaning on the innovation of human resources management,especially when China is on transition from planned economy to market economy
