Abstract: Researching on China’s judicial review system of unconstitutionality is a historical mission of Chinese scholars. By the way of building up economic models, the author tries to research on China’s Judicial review system of unconstitutionality in the perspective of economics. Based on the particular condition of China and Chinese political institution, the development of China’s Judicial review system should be adapted to the growth of Chinese economics and meet the demand of society.
