摘要/Abstract

摘要： 业后的应对方式对失业者的再就业情况有很大的影响。本文通过与失业人员关于下岗后的应对方式所做的深度访谈,得出以下结论: (1)我国失业者的应对方式有三类:问题应对、情绪应对和无为应对。(2)这三类应对方式出现并存现象。(3)我国失业人员与国外的失业人员比较在应对方式上有很大的不同。

Abstract: Coping styles, which unemployed people use after they lose their jobs, play an important role in obtaining their re-employment. Having deep interviews with unemployed people about their coping styles after they lose their jobs, the authors come to the following conclusions: (1) there are three coping styles of Chinese unemployed people: problem-focused coping, emotion-focused coping and inaction; (2) these three coping styles can appear in the same time; (3) there are significant differences between unemployed people in China and Western countries.
