摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来,互联网和移动通信都在我国取得了快速的发展,随着3G日益临近和电子商务市场的逐步发展成熟,开展移动商务呈现出前所未有的良机。本文结合近年来我国移动通信市场、特别是以内容为主的移动增值业务市场的发展趋势,针对近年来电子商务虚拟化、个体化、离在线相结合的发展特点,对我国移动电子商务的发展趋势、发展模式、存在问题与风险等进行了评述。对我国基础电信运营商开展移动商务业务或提供第三方平台服务提出了建设性的意见和建议。
