摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文通过对1990年至2003年我国电信业全要素生产率变化的测算,探索我国电信行业的生产效率状况,发现目前TFP对整个产出增长率的贡献还不到三成,当前的发展方式主要还是基于投入增长的粗放式经营。文章还从全要素生产率的角度来分析近年来电信业四次重大改革的成败。

Abstract: In this paper,the authors apply Solow residential to estimate the change of the total factor productivity(TFP) of telecommunications in China from 1990 to 2003 and analyze the factors influencing the growth of telecommunications in China.The authors find that the rapid development of telecommunications in China is largely due to the growth of import and the output value only increased by about 25.96% from the improvement of productivity.At last,the paper analyses the effect of reforms in telecommunication f...
