摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文在借鉴资源基础理论的基础上,首次将能力管理的思想应用于电信运营企业。文章首先给出了电信运营企业能力和能力管理的定义,其次对电信运营企业的资源和能力要素进行了解构,在此基础上建立了电信运营企业的能力体系。该研究成果对于电信运营企业发展具有可操作性的能力管理理论和方法具有重要意义。

Abstract: Referring to resource-based theory,the paper applies the thought of capability management to the research on telecom operators.Firstly,the concept of capability and capability management of telecom operators are provided.Secondly,the resources and capabilities of telecom operators are classified and structured.Based on the analysis mentioned above,the paper establishes the capability system of telecom operators.The conclusions of the paper are important for telecom operators to develop operable theory and m...
