摘要： 授权对于组织来说意义重大。本文论述了在网络办公环境下阻碍领导者授权的原因,领导者向下属授权对组织的重要意义以及领导者授权的艺术。

Abstract: Authorization is important to an organization.Based on a combination of theoretical analysis and ca- ses,this paper discusses issues that hinder authorization in the office automatic system under the network envi- ronment.In addition,we elaborate the significance of leaders authorization to underlings to one organization and explore the art of authorization.
