摘要： 网络音乐作为新兴的艺术形式，是科技时代的产物，也是人们审美文化的产物。论文论述了网络音乐的内涵和特性，阐述了网络音乐的兴起对传统音乐的挑战和冲击，以及人们的音乐欣赏方式发生的变化。

Abstract: As a newly emerging art, online music is the product of technologies as well as aesthetic culture. The article discusses the content and characteristics of online music，with analysis of the challenges and impact on the rise of online music to the traditional music. Online music has provided new ways of appreciating music.
