Abstract: As a whole，the electronic information industry is a relatively low energy consumption industry，but the problem of energy-saving and emission-cutting is still prominent. To solve the problem, measures are presented as follows: adjusting and optimizing industrial structure，reducing the energy consumption of products; increasing scientific and technological research，raising thermal efficiency of the electronic industrial furnaces, developing and using information technology to help other sectors of the national economy saving energy and reducing consumption, and dealing with the new trend of global industries ecological development decisively and actively.
