Abstract: Based on the intertior relevance of urbanization, human rights preotection and harmonious society, this article analyzes the problems existing in the course of China’s urbanization. Following that, specific proposals for promoting the development of urbanization is presented in terms of construction of consititutional institution, surveillance and investigation of unconstitutionals, and social inspection of consititutional institution.
