Abstract:

Informatization and economic globalization are two irreversible trends nowadays Although informatization emerged posterior to the economic globalization and is not the latter’s original impetus, it did play an important pole during the period of speeding up the economic globalization However, on the other side, the wide application of information technology (IT) has brought risks to almost every country that relies on IT for development Therefore, any possible measures shall be taken to minimize the negative effects from informatization and economic globalization
