Social Justice is the foundation of the harmonious society, in which all sorts of factors should be assorted reasonably and organically Rational and impartial interests boundary should be a basic start In the period of planed economy system, the interests of the nation, collective groups and society transcend personal interests The reform and opening policy enables people to emancipate their minds and seek truth from facts Pursuing personal interest becomes social trend in the transitional period However, there inevitably occur conflicts between personal interests and those of the nation and society, which impede further development of the harmonious society Therefore, it is meaningful to explore rational and impartial interests boundary in harmonious society
