摘要：

互联网领域的人肉搜索现象引发了众多的争议和思考，人肉搜索一方面具有社会舆论监督的正面意义，但另一方面更容易对公民的隐私权等正当权益造成侵害。通过对人肉搜索案例进行深入的分析认为,人肉搜索必须纳入法律治理的范围之内，通过法律对其进行约束和治理，保护公民的合法权益。

Abstract:

Human flesh search causes numerous controversies On the one hand, it has a positive meaning in community supervision; on the other hand, it violates the citizens’ privacies By analyzing the cases of human flesh search, it must be restricted by laws to protect the legitimate rights and interests
