摘要:

运用现代鲁棒控制理论和线性矩阵不等式方法,对知识型企业高级人才的动态稳定问题进行了研究。将员工招聘及离职人数作为控制变量,考虑到人才流动的不确定性及员工胜任岗位的时滞性,建立了在动态环境中人才队伍不确定时滞系统的控制模型。在鲁棒稳定性能分析的基础上得到了最优保性能控制方法。通过对一家IT企业进行实例分析,验证了所给模型及控制方法的有效性。

Abstract:

Applying the modern robust control theory and linear matrix inequality approach, the dynamic stability of senior talents system in knowledgebased enterprises is studied With the numbers of incoming and outgoing knowledge employees as the controlling variables, a class of linear uncertain timedelay dynamic model is established owing to the knowledge employees’ uncertainty of turnovers and timedelay of job suitability Subsequently, the method of robust stability analysis and the optimal guaranteed cost control design is provided Finally, an example is given to validate the control model and shows its effectiveness
