首先介绍了北京邮电大学文库建设的背景和建设思路、文库的资源类型和结构以及特点；然后论述了开展高校文库学术研究工作的重要性，提出了搞好文库建设的措施及今后的设想。

Abstract:

This paper introduced the background and thought of the construction of “Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Library”, and explained the resources type, structure and features of the library. Furthermore, it discussed the importance of carrying out academic research on university library and proposed the measures to improve library construction and the future plans.
