Abstract:

Based on the research of the traditional industrial clusters, combined with the characteristics of private economy, this paper puts forward eight characteristics of the industrial clusters of private economy from the micro, meso and macro aspects, and then compares them with the general ones Subsequently, taking developmental stages of the industrial clusters of private economy as the main thread, this paper summarizes its dynamic mechanism from four subjects and nine aspects, in case of the fishery cluster in the city of Zhoushan Finally, the paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism which can not only speed the development of Zhoushan through the promotion of the clusters, but also affect the local economic development directly
