摘要:

尽管近年来教育信息化发展迅速,但对于其发展水平的评估仍旧缺乏合理的评价标准。笔者通过对教

育信息化的现状和国内外教育信息化评估模型的研究,提出了“基于成熟度思想的教育信息化评估模型”,

并使用该模型调查了国内12所网络教育学院,通过量表反馈数据和对关键人物的访谈获取了网络教育学院信

息化建设情况和典型案例,并总结了现阶段网络教育学院信息化建设的特点,以期为高校教育信息化建设工

作提供实践参考。

Abstract:

With the rapid advancement of e-learning in higher education, we still lack a

reasonable evaluation system to evaluate the practice of education informatization In this

paper, through the research on the current situation of education informatization and its

evaluation models from home and abroad, the author introduced an evaluation model based on

maturity model, and used it to investigate 12 online education schools With the feedback

data and the data from key persons’ interviews, this paper obtained the current situation of

education informatization construction, its features and typical cases of online education

schools in order to provide a reference to education informatization construction in colleges
