Abstract:

The tri-networks integration brings a serious challenge to the traditional

regulatory and industry-related policies Based on the research on market scope, competition

and significant market power, a framework for telecommunications tariff regulations is

proposed to adapt to the development of the integration of telecommunications networks, cable

TV networks and the Internet By dividing market into retail market and wholesale market,

this framework analyses major services and competition between major enterprises involved

after the tri-networks integration in each market and proposes relevant tariff regulatory

suggestions
