Abstract:

In recent years, the fast development of micro-blog and the rapid expansion of the scale of its users brought along a series of problems such as false news and infringement, which create tremendous negative effects. Starting from three aspects of government regulation, micro-blog users’ report and internal management, the problems caused by the micro-blog regulation due to the improper behavior are analyzed, and the micro-blog regulatory system based on regulatory authorities, operators and users between the three parties’ game model is established. Based on the in-depth analysis of the game models, suggestions on strengthening the supervision of the micro-blog are proposed.
