本文以支付宝为例，通过对支付宝相关服务条款的分析，了解相关孳息的权属问题，同时借鉴国外相关经验和国内相关学理建议，针对相关资金的利用提出自己的看法。

Abstract:

Through the analysis of the terms of service of Alipay, the related yield ownership issues are obtained and at the same time, opinions on this issue are put forward by learning from foreign experience and domestic related theoretical proposals.
