摘要:

进入以用户为中心的Web20时代,草根用户能够更方便、快捷地发布自己的观点、看法和评论,这些观点往往会给企业带来很大影响,因此对于用户创作内容(UGC)态势的把握就显得尤为重要。在此背景下提出了企业UGC态势的概念,从用户、内容和影响三个维度出发构建了企业UGC态势评价指标体系并进行了合理化检验,同时提出了末级指标的量化方法,对于企业UGC态势的管理进行了初步的探索。

Abstract:

The era of user-centered Web 20 means grass roots users can express their own opinions more conveniently and quickly, which always has a great impact on enterprises Therefore it is very important to manage user generated content (UGC) trend Based on Web 20, the concept of UGC trend is proposed, and enterprise UGC trend index system is developed from three dimensions including user, content and influence and reasonable examinations are conducted At the same time, the quantitative calculation methods of the last-level indexes are also given This paper aims to make a preliminary exploration to enterprise UGC trend management
