摘要:

孝悌思想是儒家文化的核心内容与根本精神,其内涵与意义十分深远,是中国企业特有的文化优势。把握“孝悌”这一深层价值内核,有助于企业文化建设植根于人性并切实落地,实现企业和谐并为企业带来深远的综合效益。基于孝悌思想的企业文化建设,可以从精神、制度、行为、物质四个层面进行设计,结合实际企业案例的佐证,可为当代中国企业文化建设提供参考。

Abstract:

Filial piety, with profound connotation and significance, is the core content and essential spirit of Confucianism It is a unique cultural advantage of Chinese corporations Based on the deepseated core value of filial piety, the construction of corporate culture can be rooted in human nature and implemented more realistically, and harmonious organization can be realized, so as to bring farreaching comprehensive benefits for the corporations The ways of building corporate culture based on thoughts of filial piety are explored at four levels of spirit, system, behavior and material, with pragmatic cases and examples, so that contemporary Chinese enterprises may take as references in their corporate culture construction
