摘要：

通过对北京邮电大学270名理工科研究生进行问卷调查和访谈，分析理工科研究生的学习、社交和心理状态，以及他们对入学教育的态度和需求。基于调查结果，结合目前理工科研究生入学教育存在的问题提出了相应的解决方案。

Abstract:

Through the questionnaire and interviews from the 270 graduate students with the background of science and engineering of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the students’ school life, social problems and mental state are analyzed, and their attitudes and needs of school education are studied as well Based on the survey results and combined with the current problems, the corresponding solutions are put forward
