摘要:

基于国家专利分类法(IPC) 1987—2012年间电学部的专利授权数据,分析了我国电子信息制造业及其细分行业的创新强度演进过程。结果表明,我国电子信息制造业的整体创新水平在2003年和2008年发生了两次较大幅度的提升。经过两次提升,其创新水平已经跃居国内所有行业之首,并基本实现了该行业初步的创新转型。从细分行业看,基本电器元件行业是我国电子信息制造业的创新龙头行业,电信技术行业是我国电子信息制造业的创新驱动行业。我国电子信息制造业在关键技术和核心部件的自主研发上尚存在明显的差距,完成创新转型的道路还很漫长。

Abstract:

The evolution of Chinese electronic information manufacturing and its branches from imitation to innovation is analyzed by using the patents granted to natives in international patent classification (IPC) system from 1987 to 2012 It is shown that two substantial improvements in the innovative level of Chinese electronic information manufacturing happened in 2003 and 2008 respectively, through which the industry has taken the first place in the country and achieved a preliminary innovation transformation In its four branches, the basic electrical components sub-industry is the innovative leader and the telecom technology sub-industry is the innovative driver But the independent research and development capability of China’s electronic information manufacturing in key technologies and core components still falls behind the developed regions of the world, and the road for the industry to complete its innovation transformation is still very long
