摘要/Abstract

摘要： 创业型大学兼具创业和创新精神，充满活力与希望，是能适应时代的可持续发展机构。在分析创业型大学的概念的基础上，深入探讨创业型大学在发展过程中所呈现出的创新性、抗风险性、向知识资本转变、主动进取的创业文化、资金来源多元化、可持续性等基本特征，同时针对我国研究型大学的转型选择提出建议。

关键词: 创业型大学, 研究型大学, 大学概念

Abstract: Entrepreneurial university, with its entrepreneurship and innovativeness, full of vigor and hope, can adapt well to the new era. The concept of entrepreneurial university is explained, and its features like the innovativeness, risk-resistance, transformation to knowledge capital, initiative of entrepreneurial culture, diversity of capital channel, sustainable development shown in its development are discussed. Then, suggestions are put forward towards the transformation of research university.
