摘要: 通过分析当前“少数民族高层次骨干人才”基础培训信息技术课程的教学现状,提出了在Claroline教学平台的支持下体现该课程教学特色的混合式学习模式,并在培训基地院校之一的北京邮电大学民族教育学院开展了针对2012级、2013级的基础培训生的教学实践。实践结果表明,该教学模式契合了基础培训生多样化的学习背景和学习目标,培养了基础培训生自主学习精神、动手实践能力和创新能力,取得了较为明显的教学效果。

Abstract: Through analyzing the current teaching situation of information technology curriculum of the “Minority High-level Talents Plan” training, the blended learning model in Claroline teaching platform is put forward, which embodies the characteristics of the course teaching. As one of the base training colleges, the School of Ethnic Education of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications practiced teaching to trainees in both grade 2012 and grade 2013, and the results show that the model conforms to the diverse learning backgrounds and learning goals of the trainees, and cultivates the trainees’autonomous learning spirit, practice ability and innovation ability. The reform and practice obtain obvious teaching effects.
