摘要:

随着快递物流业的飞速发展,“暴力分拣”、“爆仓”、“最后一公里”配送难等问题不断凸显,现行快递配送模式已无法满足人们对快递越来越高的服务质量要求,因而探究一种新的末端配送模式迫在眉睫。基于“互联网+”背景下的快递物流发展现状和趋势分析,提出了电子商务与快递物流协同配送模式以及城市快递末端的有限区域共同配送服务模式,通过构建以云平台为基础的城市快递物流协同服务网络,建立大数据分析系统和O2O电子商务系统,完善城市快递末端协同配送体系,从而有效解决“最后一公里”及“最后一百米”配送难题。

Abstract:

 Along with the vigorous development of the mobile Internet and e-commerce, the express industry has entered into the rapid development period However, the problems such as “rough handling” “explosive storage” “slow distribution in last one kilometer” is continuously emerging, and the current distribution patterns are unable to satisfy users’ more requirements on express quality Therefore, a new terminal distribution mode should be explored Based on the analysis of express status and trend under the background of “Internet plus”, the collaborative distribution pattern of electronic commerce and express delivery are proposed, and a new joint distribution service for the certain area of urban express terminal is proposed By building the collaborative service network of urban express delivery based on the cloud platform, establishing big data analysis system and Online to Offline(O2O) e-commerce system, perfecting the collaborative distribution system of the urban express terminal, the distribution problem of “last one kilometer” and “ last one hundred meters” can be solved
