摘要/Abstract

摘要：

外向型创新是国际技术创新领域的研究前沿，研究构建了外向型创新影响创新绩效的理论模型，试图揭示两者关系中的调节机制。通过对中国211家BTB高科技企业样本的实证检验，得出以下结论：① 外向型创新对创新绩效具有积极影响；② 企业网络能力与网络外溢均对外向型创新与创新绩效的关系具有正向调节作用。研究结论为外向型创新在我国企业中的发展和应用提供了启示。

Abstract:

Open innovation has attracted widespread attention in technology management research in recent years Network competence and network spillovers are introduced into the field of open innovation, and their moderating role between open innovation and innovation performance are explored 211 BTB high-tech firms are taken as research samples to test the hypothesis and it is found that: ① open innovation has positive effects on innovation performance; ② both network competence and network spillovers moderate the relationship between open innovation and innovation performance These conclusions have important implications for the development and application of open innovation theory
