摘要:

在移动互联网快速发展的环境下,随着微信公众平台在高校中的广泛应用,高校微信公众平台的接受程度和利用效果成为学术界广泛关注的问题。基于技术接受模型(TAM)扩展模型和美国顾客满意度指数模型(ACSI),构建高校微信公众平台学生满意度影响因素模型。通过问卷方法收集数据,采用结构方程模型对理论模型进行检验。研究结果表明:感知质量、感知有用性、感知娱乐性对满意度有直接的正向影响作用,感知易用性以感知有用性和感知娱乐性为中介间接影响满意度。研究结果对高校微信公众平台的建设具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of the Internet, WeChat public platforms are widely used in universities The acceptability and effect of WeChat public platforms have drawn wide attention of relative scholars According to the extended technology acceptance model (TAM) and American consumer satisfaction index (ACSI), a theoretical model about factors which would affect students’ satisfaction of the WeChat public platforms of universities is constructed Data are collected by questionnaires; the model is tested by structural equation model (SEM) The result reveals that satisfaction is directly influenced by perceived quality, perceived playfulness and perceived usefulness, and also indirectly influenced by perceived ease of use through perceived playfulness and perceived usefulness The result is significant to the establishment of WeChat public platforms of universities
