摘要: 基础教育信息化的蓬勃发展引发了对其建设和应用水平的广泛关注。已有的评估体系大都以数值型和对静态数据的评估为主,难以根据实践需要动态地检测信息化发展水平。为了改良信息化水平评估的方法,借鉴软件领域内的“能力成熟度模型”,以基础教育信息化建设过程中的优秀实践为参考,通过文献分析法和专家调查法,将成熟度分层模型应用到基础教育信息化发展水平的评估中,编制了“基于成熟度模型的基础教育信息化发展水平评估指标体系”,并通过小范围试用验证了其有效性。该指标体系和评估方法既可有效评估中小学校的信息化发展水平,也可为其未来的发展提供指导和建议。

Abstract: The rapid development of information technology in basic education has aroused wide concern towards its construction and application The existing evaluation frameworks for e-Education are mainly numerical and static, and it is difficult to assess education informatization level dynamically The capability maturity model for software (CMM) is applied to the evaluation of informatization development in K-12 schools With reference to the excellent e-Education practice of K-12 schools, an “evaluation framework for education informatization of K-12 schools” is compiled through literature review and two rounds of expert investigation, and its effectiveness is validated through small-scale trial assessments The framework and assessment methods can be used to evaluate the development level of information technology in K-12 schools and to provide guidance for their future development
