Abstract:  With the wide application of the deep link technology in aggregation platform of mobile intelligent terminal equipment, boundaries between ′channel′ and ′content′ of the video aggregation platform has been increasingly blurred The legal nature of deep link technology is analyzed from technical principles of deep link, and it is concluded that the deep link is not network dissemination of information exclusively implemented by copyright owners In the judicial practice, there have been different identification standards for the nature of  deep link, which led to different judgments of video aggregation platform with direct infringement and indirect infringement Legal regulations of  deep link of video aggregation platform are proposed from the perspectives of clearing the distribution of proof, regulating it according to the technical clauses, and broadening the scope of   ′competition relationship′ in the Law of China against Unfair Competition
