摘要: 从提升竞争力角度探讨众包这一新的商业模式对企业的作用机理。基于众包理论及众包商业模式特征,归纳了众包商业模式在企业生产、研发、营销三个方面的应用,构建了众包驱动企业竞争力模型,分析众包对企业的作用机理,提出众包在企业中的应用以及企业竞争力提升的具体策略。

Abstract: The research discusses the mechanism of action of crowdsourcing, which is a new business mode in enterprises from the perspective of competitiveness promotion According to the theory of crowdsourcing and  characteristics of crowdsourcing business mode, application of crowdsourcing mode in three aspects of enterprise R&D, production and marketing is summarized, and model of enterprise competitiveness driven by crowdsourcing is constructed Mechanism of action of crowdsourcing in enterprises is analyzed, and finally, specific suggestions are put forward to promote enterprise competitiveness
