摘要/Abstract

摘要： 基于信息技术发展和现实需求，我国各地法院目前纷纷推行网上立案。在取得成绩的同时，我国网上立案也存在一些问题；而美国网上立案发展较早且臻于成熟，值得我国借鉴。对美国网上立案制度的探析主要包含三个方面：美国网上立案的产生原因和发展状况；美国网上立案的相关核心系统和具体立案流程；美国网上立案取得的成就和存在的问题。研究美国网上立案制度可为我国网上立案的立法、建立、推行、推广等带来有益的启示和借鉴。

Abstract: Based on the development of information technology and the needs of reality, courts all over China are implementing online filing, and with a few achievements they have comes some problems. The online filing system in the United States, which is developed earlier and more mature, deserves our reference Analysis of American online filing system mainly includes three aspects: its causes and development; related core system and specific filing process; achievements and problems The study of American online filing system can provide useful enlightenment and reference to the legislation, establishment, implementation and promotion of online filing system in China
