摘要: 为了探究商业活动场景对个人信息提供意愿的影响,通过对商业活动场景以及用户信息提供意愿行为等相关研究文献进行回顾,结合感知价值理论和隐私计算模型建立了商业活动场景对个人信息提供意愿影响因素结构方程模型,针对社交场景与金融场景用户发放440份问卷进行假设检验与相关数据分析。研究表明,不同的商业场景对用户个人信息提供意愿的影响有明显差异。

Abstract: In order to explore the impact of business scenarios on users′ willingness to provide personal information, relevant literature reviews on business scenarios and willingness to provide users′ information are made, and structural equation model of influencing factors of business scenarios on user′s willingness to provide personal information based on perceived value theory and privacy computing model are built 440 questionnaires were distributed to the users in the social scene and financial scene for hypothesis testing and data analysis Results show that different business scenarios have significant differences on users′ willingness to provide personal information
