摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高校科技成果转化推广工作 ,是关系到高校科技成果能否产生经济效益的一个非常重要的工作环节 ,其工作人员的素质建设是非常重要的。本文通过对高校科技活动及科技管理现状的分析 ,提出了高校科技的进一步发展需要技术经纪人 ,高校科技管理人员要成为高校技术经纪人。文章重点阐述了高校技术经纪人应具备的基本素质。

Abstract: By analysing the Sci Tech activities and the present condition of the Sci Tech management in universities,this article suggests that universities need Tech brokers to develop the scientific research of universities,and that the Sci Tech managers should become the Tech brokers of universities.The basic qualities of a Tech broker are also expounded in the article.
