摘要： 本文在分析了传统新闻媒体的相对劣势与网络媒体在信息传播中的优势之后 ,提出了北京邮电大学新闻宣传媒体上网分两步走的设想 :第一步 ,先把现有的报纸消息、图片新闻等搬上网络 ;第二步 ,逐步建立较完善的网络新闻宣传机制 ,办好网络新闻站点。为此 ,学校需要加强对网络媒体传播规律的研究 ,重视对网络媒体设施的投入并提高网络媒体工作人员的政治、技术素质。
